About Us
Founded in 2011, Tri-State Maxed-Out Womens PAC began as a community of politically engaged women in the New York Tri-State area.
Today, the PAC includes more than 350 members from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Florida, and communities across the country.
As of 2026, nearly 90% of the women Tri-State has supported are current or former members of Congress or governors.
Our Mission
To increase the number of pro-choice Democratic women serving in federal office by providing viable candidates with strategic financial support and access to an engaged national donor network.
Since 2011, we have contributed over $20,000,000 to candidates.
What Makes Us Different
We emphasize candidate viability, collective giving, member access, national relationships, and continued engagement after candidates are elected — and most of all, community, friendship, and intergenerational mentorship between members.

We focus on viable, pro-choice Democratic women running in consequential races. Our Contribution Committee considers each candidate’s experience, campaign strength, fundraising needs, political environment, and path to victory before recommending support.

By combining the financial strength of our members, we can make a greater impact than any individual donor could make alone. Members also gain opportunities to meet candidates, hear from elected leaders and political experts, and engage directly with the campaigns we support.

Our relationships extend beyond a single event or election cycle. Tri-State brings together women of different generations and backgrounds to build friendships, exchange knowledge, mentor emerging leaders, and remain connected with the women we help elect.
