Empowering Women to Win
In the U.S. federal government, women hold approximately 28% of Congressional seats, despite making up half the population. A majority-male caucus votes on our reproductive freedoms and legislation surrounding affordability and childcare.
As of 2026, nearly 60% of the women Tri-State has supported are current or former members of Congress or governors.
More Than a Political Action Committee
Tri-State Maxed-Out Womens PAC is a community of informed, engaged donors committed to increasing the number of pro-choice Democratic women serving in federal office.
Our members do more than write checks. They meet candidates, hear directly from elected leaders and political experts, learn about consequential races, and work together to direct resources where they can have the greatest impact.
How we make an Impact

Our Contribution Committee evaluates candidates based on their experience, campaign strength, values, district or state, fundraising needs, and path to victory.

We support endorsed candidates throughout the election cycle, helping provide the early and sustained resources required to build competitive campaigns.
